Introducing Our Cocktails Of The Week
We held an in-house cocktail competition with 14 of our bar staff and managers last week.
They were asked to produce a cocktail showing their knowledge and skills using Bonbar's house spirits.
The competition was judged by owners Antony and Fiona MIchaelides and Marketing Manager Daniela Sardone.
The cocktails were judged according to the several criteria's; name, balance, simplicity, taste, originality, presentation and delivery.
Antony and Fiona were so impressed with the creations that they've decided to showcase them throughout February!
Johny Hume, our Bar Manager, was the overall winner and his cocktail, Cloud In The Blitz, will be available all month.
A different runner up cocktail will be available each week throughout Febraury, starting with Absolutely Ballin'.
